Service Description

Schedule a two-hour pre-signing Solar Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) Review and Consultation with Rivers Law. This service is designed for homeowners considering entering into a solar PPA and includes a legal review of the proposed agreement, followed by a consultation to explain key terms, long-term financial obligations, risks, and potential consumer-protection concerns before you sign. This service is limited to legal analysis and advice during the scheduled session and does not include contract revisions, negotiations with the solar company, or ongoing representation. The purpose of this consultation is to help you make an informed decision and understand your rights prior to execution of the agreement. The PPA review will take one hour and the remaining hour is for the follow up consultation.
